SHIPPING
we aim to ship all orders within 2 business days from our warehouse located on the gold coast, australia. please note that shipping delays may occur during collection launches and sale periods, and around public holidays.
please ensure your delivery address and sizes are correct before checking out. once your order has been placed we are not able to make any changes, and cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect or the wrong size was selected.

*please note that for israel and greenland there is a flat shipping rate of $120 aud with no free shipping threshold, due to regional restrictions and higher shipping costs.
orders under $250
australia: $10 standard or $15 express shipping via australia post.
new zealand: $15 flat rate express shipping via australia post.
rest of the world: individual rates are calculated at checkout. duties and taxes are not included with the shipping cost, and will be charged directly to you by your local customs office to be paid prior to delivery.
tracking & delivery
once your order has been dispatched a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email with your tracking link and updates from australia post, fedex or dhl express.
all goods require a signature on delivery. whilst we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery we are not liable for goods once signed for, as this is deemed as proof of delivery, or if the signature was waived to have the parcel left in a safe place and you cannot locate your parcel.
if you are unable to be contacted upon delivery and the goods are returned to us, you will be refunded minus an $80 aud return shipping fee.
TAX & DUTY CHARGES
for orders outside australia, new zealand, canada and the uk, taxes and duties may apply. these charges are set by your local customs authorities and are your responsibility to pay prior to the delivery of your goods.
please check your local customs office for any applicable tax and duty costs before purchasing, as refusal to pay these charges will result in your order being returned to us and refunded, minus an $80AUD return shipping fee.
