SHIPPING
We aim to ship all orders within 2 business days from our warehouse located on the Gold Coast, Australia. Please note that shipping delays may occur during collection launches and sale periods, and around public holidays. We do not offer click and collect services.
Please ensure your delivery address and sizes are correct before checking out. Once your order has been placed we are not able to make any changes, and cannot be held responsible if the address is incorrect or the wrong size was selected.
Your method of postage, standard or express, is applicable once your order has been dispatched.
Free shipping
*Please note there is a flat shipping rate of $85aud for Israel and $120aud for Greenland with no free shipping threshold, due to regional restrictions and higher shipping costs.
Orders under $250
Australia: $10 standard or $15 express shipping via AusPost.
New Zealand: $15 flat rate express shipping via AusPost.
Rest of the world: individual rates are calculated at checkout with DHL Express Couriers. Duties and taxes are not included with the shipping cost, and will be charged directly to you by your local customs office to be paid prior to delivery. Please refer to the duties & taxes terms below before completing your purchase.
Tracking & delivery
Once your order has been dispatched a shipping confirmation will be sent to your email with your tracking link and updates from the courier.
All goods require a signature on delivery. Whilst we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery we are not liable for goods once signed for, as this is deemed as proof of delivery, or if the signature was waived to have the parcel left in a safe place and you cannot locate your parcel.
For international orders, if you are unable to be contacted upon delivery and the goods are returned to us you will be refunded minus an $80aud return shipping fee.
TAX & DUTY CHARGES
Taxes & duties are currently covered by Deiji Studios for Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK. For orders outside Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK, taxes and duties may apply - these charges are set by your local customs authorities and are your responsibility to pay prior to the delivery of your goods.
Please check your local customs office for any applicable tax and duty costs before purchasing, as refusal to pay these charges will result in your order being returned to us and refunded, minus an $80aud return shipping fee.
New tariffs have been implemented by the US Government and will apply to imports. Please research and be aware of what these charges are as they may be applicable to be paid directly by you. Deiji Studios cannot take responsibility for any customs charges that may arise as a result of the tariffs. If you are located in the US, please ensure you are shopping from our US website here.
PREORDER ITEMS
Our pre-order items secure goods that have not landed in our warehouse as yet, whereby limited numbers have been made available for purchase. You will be charged when the order is placed in the same way you would a normal purchase, and your garment will be priority dispatched once stock arrives.
Whilst we do our best to estimate arrival times, please note that these can vary at times due to circumstances out of our control.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order will ship once the pre-order item becomes available.
