deiji studios aim to ship all product within 24 hours of receiving your order. for domestic express post option, your order will need to be placed prior to 1pm for same day despatch.


shipping within australia is free for orders $150 and over, orders under $150 will incur a 9 aud shipping fee. we offer an express shipping option at checkout for $15aud.


shipping to the rest of the world is free for orders over $150aud. Rates are available at checkout for individual countries.


all orders within Australia are shipped via Australia post, international will be sent via Australia post or DHL Express 


please allow (3-7 business days) for overseas shipping.


taxes and duties

for orders outside australia and new zealand, taxes and duties may be set by the customs authorities your country.  any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient so please make yourself familiar with your local import rules prior to ordering.  we are unable to amend the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice and adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations.


we accept exchanges for full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. we do not offer exchanges on any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.

for all exchanges please email for a returns authorisation number.



we offer refunds on full priced items purchased online within 7 days of receipt of goods. goods must be in original condition and include original packaging. if you received a linen bag with your order and it is returned without this the return will not be processed. once processed the original payment method will be refunded in full for the value of the item(s) returned excluding shipping costs associated with the order. please note we cannot change card numbers or refund via a different method or to a different person.

once your refund has been processed, depending on your payment method, please allow up to 3 business days for the funds to appear back into your account.

we do not offer refunds on gift cards or any discounted items, including any promotional discounts.

faulty items

if your item arrives damaged this needs to be reported within 7 days of receipt for replacement, repair or refund. goods with manufacturing faults after wear need to be reported within 3 months of purchase for repair if possible or replacement. please note that items which have been damaged as a result of incorrect garment care or general wear are not considered to be faulty.


please note:

to be eligible for a refund or exchange, 
we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item/s must be unused and in original condition/packaging including the linen bag it arrived in. without this it will not be processed.


when returning an item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service, as we are not liable for lost packages. deiji studios is not responsible for the cost of return postage

all domestic items require signature on delivery, and shipping notifications will be sent to your email address with updates. while we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.
