shipping to australia 

deiji studios aim to ship all product within 24 hours of receiving your order. for domestic express post option, your order will need to be placed prior to 1pm for same day despatch.

shipping within australia is free for orders $150 and over, orders under $150 will incur a 9 aud shipping fee. we offer an express shipping option at checkout for $15aud. we ship with Australia Post locally.

shipping to new zealand

please note for delivery in new zealand we use australia post express service,  free for orders $150 and over, orders under $150 will incur a 15 aud shipping fee 

shipping to the rest of the world 

DHL express shipping to the rest of the world is free for orders over $150aud. Rates are available at checkout for individual countries under $150aud. please note you need to check your local tax rates, particularly in the EU as these can be high and are payable prior to delivery with DHL. Taxes are now covered within the UK.

please allow (3-7 business days) for overseas shipping.

all domestic items require signature on delivery, and shipping notifications will be sent to your email address with updates. while we do everything we can to ensure safe delivery, we are not liable for goods once signed for as this is deemed proof of delivery.

taxes and duties

for orders outside the UK, australia and new zealand, taxes and duties may be applied by the customs authorities of your country. we are unable to amend the value of your order listed on your commercial invoice and adhere to all international import/export rules and regulations.

any taxes or duties incurred are the responsibility of the recipient so please make yourself familiar with your local import rules prior to ordering.

PLEASE NOTE: If the receiver refuses to pay the taxes and duties, the item(s) will be returned to sender and the order will be refunded, excluding a $80AUD return shipping charge to help cover our expenses.
