SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

 

Orders are dispatched from our warehouse located in the Gold Coast Australia. 

 

ONLINE ORDERS

Once your order has been placed we are unable to make any changes including size amendments or address updates. If your order has already been processed and you’d like to return an item, please visit our Returns Page. 

Click and Collect is not available from our Warehouse or Concept Store locations. 

 

SHIPPING

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 business days from our warehouse in the Gold Coast Australia. Delays in dispatch and delivery may occur during collection launches, sale periods and public holidays of 1-2 weeks.

Express and Standard Shipping timeframes apply once your order has been collected by the courier. Express Shipping does not expedite the dispatch timeframe from our warehouse. 

Complimentary Standard shipping is available on orders $250 and over - excluding import duties and taxes. 

This offer is not available to Israel, Greenland or Iceland due to regional restrictions and higher shipping costs.


  • Australia: $10 Standard shipping or $15 Express shipping - Australia Post


  • New Zealand: $15 flat rate Express shipping - Australia Post 


  • Israel: $85 flat rate Express shipping - DHL Express Couriers


  • Greenland and Iceland: $120 flat rate Express shipping - DHL Express Couriers

     

  • Rest of the world: individual rates are calculated at checkout with DHL Express Couriers.
    Import duties and taxes are not included in the shipping cost, and will be charged directly to you by your local customs office. These charges must be paid prior to delivery. Please review the import duties & taxes terms below before completing your purchase. 

 

DELIVERY 

Upon dispatch you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking link. 

Signature on delivery is required on all orders. Once your order has been signed for, or if the signature on delivery option is waived, we are no longer liable for the goods or safe delivery. 

For international orders, if you are unable to be contacted upon delivery and the order is returned to us you will be refunded minus an $80AUD return shipping fee. 

 

 IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES 

Taxes and duties are currently covered by Deiji Studios for outgoing orders to Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the UK. 

For delivery to the rest of the world, taxes and duties may be applicable and are required to be paid before your parcel is delivered. These charges will vary and are set by your local customs authorities. Taxes and duties charges are your responsibility to research and pay. If you refuse to pay these charges, your order will be returned to us and you will be refunded minus an $80AUD return shipping fee. We are not able to amend tax invoices. 

US Customers - New tariffs have been implemented by the US Government and will apply to imports. Please ensure you are shopping from our US website here.
