due to a high volume of orders during collection launches and sales, please allow up to one week for your order to dispatch. this includes orders with express delivery.

we offer free worldwide* shipping on orders over 250. orders within Australia and New Zealand are shipped via AusPost, and international orders are shipped via DHL Express. shipping rates for orders under 250 are calculated at checkout. 

for orders outside the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, taxes and duties may apply as determined by your local customs authorities. refusal of these charges will result in the order being returned to us and refunded, minus an $80 AUD return shipping fee.

we accept returns within 14 days of delivery on full-priced items and offer full refunds, exchanges, or 110% store credit. a $5 per order restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. we do not cover return shipping costs. we offer 100% store credit only for sale items, excluding final sale items which are non-returnable.
