due to a high volume of orders during collection launches and sale periods, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for your order to dispatch. this includes orders with express delivery.

we offer free worldwide* shipping on orders over 250. orders within Australia and New Zealand are shipped via AusPost, and international orders are shipped via DHL Express. shipping rates for orders under 250 are calculated at checkout. 

taxes and duties may apply for orders outside the UK, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand, as determined by your local customs authorities. refusal of these charges will result in your order being returned to us and refunded, minus an $80 AUD return shipping fee.

we accept returns on full-price items within 14 days of delivery, and offer full refunds, exchanges, or 110% store credit. a $5 per order restocking fee will be deducted from your refund. we do not cover return shipping costs. for select sale items we offer a 100% store credit or exchange only (no refunds), excluding final sale items which are non-returnable.
